Do I need a bigger gas line for a tankless heater?

Usually yes. A tankless unit burns far more gas at once than the tank it replaces, and running it on an undersized line is the most common mistake we see on units fitted by someone else. We size the line for the whole load, not just the heater.

Do tankless heaters need servicing?

Yes — they need descaling, and on hard or well water they need it more often. We fit isolation valves on both sides when we install one specifically so it can be serviced without draining the house.

Reasonable price
Had a main line break water more than tripped and since I used them before for something else I used them again. Main line all lines under our old house and new lines inside. Fair price given up front and a good crew, polite and triple checked their work with me. If anyone needs a plumber then give them a call and have them out to check. Ronnie is very professional.
