Drain Cleaning in Morristown & East Tennessee

Slow drains, backed-up sinks, and main lines that will not clear.

(423) 923-5039Answered 24/7 — no waiting till Monday.

What the job actually involves

  • Cabling and jetting, depending on what is actually in the line
  • Camera inspection when a drain keeps coming back, so you stop paying to clear the same clog
  • Root intrusion and collapsed line diagnosis

Signs you need this looked at

  • More than one fixture backing up at once -- that points at the main, not the fixture
  • Gurgling from a tub or toilet when the washer drains
  • A drain that clears then blocks again within weeks

If more than one of those sounds familiar, it is worth a phone call before it becomes an emergency. We would rather tell you it can wait than sell you something you don’t need yet.

How we price it

You get one firm number for the work described — not a range, not a “starting at”, and not three tiers arranged so the middle one looks sensible. We look at the job first, tell you what it costs, and that is the price.

Anything genuinely unknowable until we open something up gets said out loud before we start, not added to the invoice afterwards.

Why call us

We are licensed and insured for plumbing, heating and cooling, electrical and gas, which means on a job that crosses trades you are dealing with one contractor instead of three. And the part most people notice first: your call gets answered day or night. Most shops around here close at five and send you to voicemail.

Drain Cleaning — common questions

The same drain keeps blocking. Why?

Because clearing a clog is not the same as fixing the cause. A drain that clears and blocks again within weeks usually has roots, a belly in the pipe or a partial collapse. A camera down the line answers it in minutes and stops you paying to clear the same clog over and over.

More than one fixture is backing up at once. Is that different?

Yes, and it matters. One slow fixture is usually that fixture. Several at once points at the main line — or, if you are on septic, at the tank or the drain field. Those are very different jobs, so we establish which before anyone starts cabling.

    Reasonable price

Had a main line break water more than tripped and since I used them before for something else I used them again. Main line all lines under our old house and new lines inside. Fair price given up front and a good crew, polite and triple checked their work with me. If anyone needs a plumber then give them a call and have them out to check. Ronnie is very professional.

Very responsive and clear communicators. Ronnie worked with me on a septic to sewer project. His resources and connections all panned out making it roll more smoothly. High Level is now my go-to company for my properties.
